Hurrah for SP and his special friend!

You may be a "complete bucket of lard" but I'm the barrel version, I'm afraid. I'm trying to get worked up about the prospect of starting over, but I'm away on my jollies next week so I'm unlikely to get too enthusuastic till I get back.

The other caveat is that I'm seeing "Dodds the knee man" on Sept 27 who may well laugh himself off his chair when I raise the subject of running. If he says no, then... then I'll have to find another knee specialist.

But all being well, I'm also aiming for Brighton, even if it's just the gentlest of jogs.
