Should have recovered from the Almería recovery by then so why not?

I couldn't agree more - time for us to crank it up now that the weeks are flying by towards our challenge.

Sweder - I reckon we should get a 15 min head start the way Stevio and the goat are flying along at the moment

I,m up for it but i think its only a matter of time before the goat completly nobbles me, i could do with some help slowing him down any suggestions.

F.Y.I: Irish Michael underwent surgery on his knee last week. He has been advised not to run for around 6 weeks. However, do not be surprised if the crazy bugger fly’s past you on his crutches going up the North Face this weekend..
