Well, it is about that time of the year when The North Face and YBR need to be conquered. Who's up for it?

Should have recovered from the Almería recovery by then so why not?

I,m up for it but i think its only a matter of time before the goat completly nobbles me, i could do with some help slowing him down any suggestions.

F.Y.I: Irish Michael underwent surgery on his knee last week. He has been advised not to run for around 6 weeks. However, do not be surprised if the crazy bugger fly’s past you on his crutches going up the North Face this weekend..
