Well, it was just Mr SW and me this time, our walks are far too tame for our three who are all mad climbers/boulderers, the youngest reckons bouldering is the "purest2 form of climbing, but his siblings reckon he just can't hack the heights;-)

Holiday was haunted by music from Moondog which said youngest had bought for Father's Day - if you have ever heard any you'll know what I mean.
Phew this is hard work !

last night with physio's permission I went to the gym and ran 5k on the treddy. It was slow, but it felt really good
