Unfortunately, I must admit to finding a big problem with all this cheesiness.

In particular, why the absence of local produce from your list, Simon ?

In my opinion, it's always been hard to beat a fine Spanish cheese like Manchego, and Cantabrian Cabrales is quite simply a queso incomparable.

So, if there's still space left for them on that balcony, then I think that they should be afforded a place of honour without further delay. Thank you.
