Hi Sampedro, I'm glad to see you have survived Dublin. I reckon that your time off from training will be good for you in Madrid. How many weeks are there before the marathon? Two weeks. If you really didn't train at all, run at 3/4 effort in Vigo, then incorporate a little bit of speedwork into your taper to get your legs moving again and you will be fine.
