Running in North America 2 - Montreal
Managed a swift 3 miles this morning through the old town and along the dockside, setting off under blood-red skies at 06:30. Heavy-legged from another night on the town - subsituted the occasional G&T to cut down the Guinness intake, which helped a little.

29:35 for a little over 3 miles.
If I can average 3 miles a day this trip I'll be delighted.
