Snakin' all over
In honour of the Return of The Native (or at least, the Tasmanian), here's a true story from the land Down Under.

A friend of mine lives in Coffs Harbour, alleged to be one of the finest stretches of Aussie coastline. She's been on at me to visit, maybe with a view to moving out there with my family to enjoy their wonderful standard of living.

The local newspaper reported on a series of sheep-knappings recently - sheep had been dissappearing with alarming regularity with no apparent explanation.

The farmer, quite distraught at this loss of livelyhood, set up an electric perimeter fence. Last week the suspect was apprihended.

Of course I could never move . . . I love my downs too much . . .Eek

Ah yes, the infamous Coffs Harbour sheep snake... not too much to worry about (unless you're a sheep), but you do have to keep sweeping the damn things out of the house each night - they come inside looking for cats and have to be shoo'ed out again.
Run. Just run.
