Well run, Antonio.

I'm another wannabe sub-2 half runner. I can't say it will never happen, but I'd have to drop my best average pace by about a minute a mile which is a tall order. Perhaps if you keep shedding the weight, you'll make it. Me too. It would be good for you to achieve your goal in Almeria.

Anyway, well done on continuing to knock out these races. You always seem to have something up your sleeve to surprise us with.
