I can't remember if I bored you all with my plans to run the West Highland Way on the shortest day of the year.

Well, I did, along with my friend David McLelland. You can read what I wrote in the wee hours yesterday morning when I couldn't sleep.

Congratulations, Tim! It is incredible the long race you both have accomplished and the hard training you have also done this year in spite of your injury.
