Depends whether you're referring to Paulo Coelho's fable, or Ben Jonson's Elizabethan tragedye. Confused

I've read neither but I have seen the RSC perform the latter in my distant youth.

I suspect you mean the first. Sorry, no.

No worries, bro. I'm only sorry that you found me at such a bad moment: an hour to kick-off, 20 miles from home... stuck in a traffic jam that literally hadn't moved one inch for 10 minutes... the rain so torrential that I could barely see through the windscreen... I was in semi-panic mode, which wasn't helped by deciding to do a U-turn across a sloping paved bit between the carriageways of the A4, and hearing (and feeling) a ghastly throbbing grating sound from underneath my (to me) gorgeous new car... it was all going wrong. And then, as M gave me an earful to make me feel better, the phone rang and it was SP, asking me about anti-virus software. Eek

I can chuckle about it now (especially as I got home having missed only the first minute of the game), but let's just say you caught me at a difficult emotional point in my life.

No doubt we'll laugh about it over a pint someday. Big Grin

What a superb notion Smile
I read The Algebraist by Iain M Banks back in 2006 - does that count?

I'm amazed you even tried to read it let alone finish the thing.
It's a darned long book with quite small typeface and very few pictures :p
I had to get someone to read it to me . . .
