June... my goodness how the time has flewn

On a positive note, this morning I managed to overtake a couple of mountain bikers on the flint track that winds its way out of the valley of death.  

Otherwise, it was a slow plod onto the Kingston Ridge, down Castle Hill, through the Valley of Death and home again.  7.6 miles at a 10:38 pace.   There is still some way to go. 

Unusually, I am working at home all of next week… so plenty of opportunity to soak up the miles.
