Holy Cow! That is incredible...and totally crazy! I'm in awe, where does someone get the mental capacity to keep running for that long?

Steve is an incredibly frugal runner - that is, he has a conservative (small c) style, a bit like the Tamahumara. Even so ... I can't begin to imagine running for that long. It seems bonkers. To think I used to train with him. Wow.
