Is it just me, or is the "New Attachment" facility no longer working?

I still can't attach images but I think my problem with inserting them came from using Dropbox, which doesn't seem to work as well as it should. But attaching thumb nails just doesn't function. Any ideas what's going on??

Installed the latest maintenance release of the board software which seems to have fixed it.
