Physically, more calf than thigh. Though the real injury appears to be much higher up the body. Sort of head area.

If, physically, your injury is better, you´ll succeed to overcome whatever makes you not feel well enough to go for a run. As the Chi-nese proverb says "The longest journey starts with the first step". Besides, in this forum there are very good examples of motivation.
