Nice work sw - as Sweder says, nothing shabby about that pace around these parts, and it was after all just a training run! Rolleyes

Good luck overcoming the lurgi - as LR said, better to catch it now than three days out from the race. A nip of scotch before bed might help. And even if it doesn't, it's not a bad thing to do. Shy
