Boo :-(

Rest and get well soon. Don't restart again too soon. I think you already have some decent base mileage on the clock.

Get well soon sw ... take advantage of the confinement to get some quality cello CD listening time done.

Chicken soup, too. Always good.

I'm rarely ill, unfortunately. A few days in bed with a pile of books always sounds quite appealing to me, but I'm sure there must be a down side.

But get well soon.

Thanks for you good wishes guys - as for reading, I felt too rotten - most unlike me. Radio 4 was a godsend 'though.

It was back to work today, still feeling like something the cat dragged in, but I'm sure some energy will return soon. I did 5 k on the tready on Saturday which was OK, but I've been warned not to overdo it by the Dr, so will only attempt another little outing tomorrow evening.

One good thing about being in bed so long - I lost 3 pounds:-)
Phew this is hard work !

Good to hear you're back among the living, SW. The "flu diet" is some compensation. Hope you're raring to go soon.

Hey, at least you have the excuse of genuine lurghie. Some of us - ahem - have left the rails all of our own accord.
Good to have you back.
