Running is the answer
Andy,

I am living by your philosophy...

'Whatever the question, running is the answer'

I've found a sure fire way to combat jet lag.

Running.

See, if you completely exhaust yourself, you can't help but get a great night's sleep come beddy-bye time. This was the first trip where I felt NO effects of jet lag. Lots of creaking in the knees and tight muscles in the mornings, mind you, but no jet lag!

Running is the answer
Glad to hear that, Jeff.

To be honest, jet lag is never normally as bad going east as it is the other way, but you're right -- anything that exhausts you (and I'm sure we can think of other examples), seems to do the trick.

Nice to meet you, albeit briefly. Perhaps you'll make it again sometime for a race. In the meantime, do call in here from time to time to catch up.

Cheers

Andy
