September sell out
Sad to say that the 2014 Point to Pinnacle has already sold out, ergo, there will be no RC P2P assault this year.
Dammit.

RE: September sell out
Maybe in 2015 there will be some RC members taking part in that tough but beautiful race.

RE: September sell out
Even for us living here in Sydney it's an expensive outing, and I'm thankful for the break this year. The pressure of training for that kind of event is not something I need in my life just now, so some breathing space on the training calendar is also nice.
Like Sweder, I'll never say 'never' as it is indeed a very special event.

RE: September sell out
Dear Midlife Crisis Marathon Man,
We regret that we have to advise you that your application to run in the 2015 Virgin Money London Marathon has not been successful due to massive over-subscription.
Yours Sincerely
Hugh Brasher
Race Director

Um, yes, but I'm choosing not to go down that route as the requirements are too large for me to consider at the moment. With everything else going on our lives (which I won't bore you with any more than I already have) we've made a conscious decision not to add the pressures of fundraising as well.
Some other year, perhaps, but not yet.
