Yes, it's hot out there, damn hot.

Although I'm sure MLCMM would be as dismissive of this as we are of his "winter".

Yep. Down here the mercury has to be over 40C before you can justifiably call it "hot", but we're putting on the woolly jumpers and switching on the heating when it gets below about 15C.

That said, I have run in temperatures as low as -10C, and at the end other, in 40+. Running in the cold is no fun, but at least it's safer than running in extreme heat.
