Restorative visit to The Pelham Arms - just a pint & a plate of the finest baked pork skin in the country - on the cards. Though not as fastidious as you on the weight issue I am trying to pre-empt an autumn on the road and all the dietary horror that entails. Restraint writ large on the 'specials' board.
