At the start we saw that there were famous Spanish runners such as Antonio Jiménez Pentinel, Reyes Estévez, Zulema and Iris Fuentes Pila Ortiz. Óscar Pereiro, the cyclist who won the 2006 tour de France after Floyd Landis´ disqualification also took part invited by the organisation.

Oscar Pereiro is all over the place these days. And he runs some pretty good times too (sub 1:20 for half marathon). I wonder if all this running is detrimental for his cycling?

Well done Antonio and Happy New Year. Glad to see that somebody is still posting. Where has everybody gone?

By the way, what you call the crib (the manger) might also be understood as "the nativity scene". Took my 2 year old daughter to see one this Christmas in Folgoso de la Ribera and she loved it because there were dozens of moving figures. As well as the more traditional ones there were also miners, pig slaughterers doing the "matanza" and fishermen catching trout.
