Brighton and Hove AC Christmas Party 2009 - gary c - 28-08-2009

Hey all,
I know that the sun is still shining and some of you are still thinking about your summer holidays but the planning for the 2009 Brighton and Hove AC
Christmas party starts today.

Last year we had a good turnout for a successful party at Al Fresco on the sea front and are considering continuing with the same arrangements - the
cost of the ticket covering a hot and cold buffet meal with a disco thrown in for those who like to show that their legs have another purpose other than
for running.

We are not expecting people to commit at this stage, but it would be helpful if you could let me know if you are interested in attending the event.

I thought last years venue was fantastic, i don't care where we go as long as i get to give Lady runner dance lessons again.

Behave yourself Scottie!!

Does 2 hours of dancing count for a long run, cause if it does I did a long run last weekend in a field in Warwick??

That's about the extent of my training last month but I will be back.

I don't wish to appear pedantic, but if you invite people to a party you generally tell them the date when it is going to happen. Some of us have diaries booked up many months in advance for work. So I am guessing this social event of the party season is sometime in December of 2009? I will clear my diary in anticipation!

Alternatively I'll put you out of your misery and say " no thanks" now.

Soupy Twist!
Andy
