That's a new one on me - thanks.
The first entry I clicked on mentions George Sheehan within a few paragraphs, and a quote that I'm not sure I've heard before: “The first 30 minutes is for my body and the second 30 minutes is for my soul”. Someone funnier than me might have added: "and the third 30 minutes is for my chiropracter."
And then he starts talking about beer. What's not to like?
