NSW Bush Fires - Seafront Plodder - 23-10-2013 Big news over here on the right side of the globe. Apparently air quality in Sydney is 50x worse than usual! Looks bad, hope things improve soon. RE: NSW Bush Fires - Mid Life Crisis Marathon Man - 24-10-2013 Ta mate, the worst is over now, sadly with the loss of two lives and nearly 200 homes. Would have been far, far worse however except for the immense fire-fighting effort thrown at it by the authorities. The scariest thing about it though is that we're not even in summer yet and we've already had two bad bouts of bushfires. Global climate change sucks. Vote green sensibly.
