Yes, there has been sufficient down time since the hills of Connemara, so definitely time for a run.

I think the post-race rest recommendation is 1 month for each mile of the race, isn't it? Or is it 1 day? I can never remember.

Oh yes, aren't you planning to run up a mountain with some bloke who runs 22 min 5Ks, and another bloke who trains every day? It might indeed be time to get out there again.
