One of my friends who ran the WHW had a video documentary made of his WHW race. I couldn't run it this year after developing a metatarsal stress fracture in training which didn't heal in time for me to sensibly attempt the race. I did however act as back-up for another runner. Along the way I met up with my friend and ran with him for a few miles.

Thanks for the link Tim. Watched/listened with great interest. Always fascinated how the human body carries us through such immense undertakings. Amazing story. I recommend it to others!
