Howdy all JSJ's - what's the skinny for this Sunday - is it a Hove Park or a Marina job???
Personally I'd like to do a Hove park as I've not done one before . . . someone post details of where and when, or a better alternative if there is one.

I hope I can rely on you all to wish my mum 'happy birthday' on Sunday as you lope around Hove.

She'll be 82, and is currently fitter than me.:mad:

I'm up for a Hove Park run, if thats the general concensus.
I'll keep an eye on the blog today. Otherwise, i'll be doing a snake run.

I'm cushty with the Snake, Chris. Can do Hove next Sunday.

I'll see you tomorrow @ the Marina then mate. We've got to get some practice
in for the Jog shop Jog on these lovely hills.
