After my brief one week absence I am back and looking forward to this weeks Sunday run.
Are we going from Hove Park or the Marina :

I have a party Saturday night, so will be going for a run Saturday morning from Hove Park. Probably starting close to the corner - then up through the Copse, If anyone else fancies that, let me know. Steve was interested, as I think he has to duck out on Sunday as well.

I am up for a run from the marina at 9 as usual. Ideally I would like to get a bit of a long one in.

How far do you and Steve plan on running on saturday? I may be up for doing 6 to 8 miles as I want to do a long one on Sunday.

I fancy doing a long one, 2hrs - since I can't make Sunday. Probably a bit far for you Paul - but you could head back after a part of the way.
Meet 9am @ the corner of Woodland Drive, Goldstone Crescent - Nr. the Copse.

Hey Paul - got the all-clear form the doc to start up again so will head for the marina at 9 on Sunday. Not sure on distance yet, but after a full week off should manage a snakey (though unlikely to be at your pace).

Hi Ash,

As Gary was running from Hove Park on Sunday I thought I would join him. Feel free to come along. We are meeting at 9 a.m near the tennis courts.

For my sins I am also going to run with Steve and Chris from Hove Park tomorrow.
