Meet at top of steps above Brighton Marina. Easy eastward clifftop lope to the Wire, mad dash back to Marina for 8 mile round-trip.
Usually a good crowd & excellent taper distraction.
Sadly won't be there due to ongoing lame excuse.

Well, apart form the well-deserved prize, a keyfob in the shape of a running shoe and a water bottle, capacity 300ml: I've just measured it
