Who's up for a long run this Sunday ? I was thinking about a 13 miler max.
Happy to go from either Hove Park or the Marina.
Did a 13 Snakey - Telscombe, straight across, big dipper, Snake and East Brighton park last Sunday - it were loverly! Would be happy to go again this Sunday. Marina at 9 (give the newbies some encouragement, too).
