Hi all!
Are people up for doing long ones on a sunday through the summer?
I'm running Amsterdam on the 21st October so will need a few YBR's and Death Valleys under the belt.
Hope everyone is fully recovered from frying in Paris or London.

Hi Steepler, welcome to Running Commentary!
Hope you like it here.

I'm sure we'll get back to occassional Sunday plods. Since he found the Lord Rog has taken to Saturday morning Snake circuits from Woodingdean - Chris and I are joining him now and again, but will return to the Marina before too long. I'm aiming for a decent Jog Shop Jog this year so will have to step things up considerably around August.

I think Steve and Paul are hitting the trails now and then too.

Sweder (Ash)
Great stuff
I don't want to do all my long efforts alone. Got a bit used to the company during the winter!Wink
I plan to invite myself along for the odd Sunday morning during August/September, and then again in the new year, please God (as my mother would say).
Cool!
The more the merrier!

Good news Andy.
Let me know when you want to give the ol' Blackcap route a spin.
That would make a nice introduction to the Sussex undulations.

See you Sunday, Sweder.
