5 or 10 miler, 11 & 11.15 am start respectively - race HQ. Wallands School.

£6,£8 entry for affiliated on the day.

A nice undulating take on the Downs @ the back of Lewes.
Course takes in Sweder's constitutional.

Also my mini taper for JSJ on the 14th.

I can make it - first time out for me on my local course.
Provided SP gets me home from Cardiff in time ; )
