Hi peeps.

I sustained a nasty back strain 2 weeks before Crimbo.

Which laid me up for a while, but I feel perky enough now after a month off to begin the slog back to fitness.

It will nice to catch up for an hours plod @ the Marina this Sun.

Hope to see some of you JSJ'ers there.

I'll be there Old bean, also laden with a fine winter layer and the remnants of man flu. Should be a fun outing!
