Is anyone going out from the Marina this Sunday (27th April) for a run ?

I plan to be there Gary. Remy and Jill too I believe, though they'll be looking for more mileage with Copenhagen on the horizon. Max for me will be a half (not often I say that!).

I enjoyed the 13 mile run that we did last Sunday - thanks Sweder for keeping me going!! Was very stiff afterwards, and still am !

Can't make this Sunday as I am going away for the weekend.

I was told about this site if I was still looking to carry on. I enjoyed training and running london so much that I am looking to do another inthe autumn. I will be there. being first sunday back to running not looking for too heavy mileage also.
