Sorry won't be at the Marina this Sunday as i shall be returning to my old stomping ground to run in the Great Baddow 10miler.Essex Man returneth !

I'll be in Newbury camping. It looks like weather is going to change too - hope the van doesn't get stuck in the field or it might be a while before you see me again .

I'll be out for a wheezy lope. Another rough week with ever-decreasing lungs but I'm determined to keep at it.
