Won't make it after all I'm afraid - just noted I have to be at Heathrow mid-morning. Bugger.

Spent the last hour in bed recovering from the run! Am I the only one that needs a sleep after a long run or do you guys also feel cream-crackereed???

what a good run we had, only seemed about 10 miles must be the company. Really good to get the mileage in ready for Bewl.
