Like a pair of old book ends… me and OALR have run both ends of the day.

This morning, joined by Mr Roper, we ran the Twitttens... three miles (plus the run and in and out) of hill sprinting madness.  Then after a break consisting of lawn mowing and work, we set out again to run Caburn (the long way around), this time joined by Sweder and Radar.  Both moaning about a lack of recent running, but both putting in a decent performance.   This evenings little jaunt added another hard and very hilly eight miles to the day’s tally.  But as always, it was beautiful on the tops.

A double! Impressive.

Good to see the old boy getting out in the sunshine as well.

I'm intrigued by the tuna-themed t-shirt partly in shot.
Happy campers, all. Nice work, RCers!
Ha! The Tuna-Themed T-shirt is mine ... John West sponsor a 10k in Liverpool (at least they did up to 2016). My brother lives there (just down road from Sefton Park) and so I've done that for last 5 years now. And yes in the goody bags at the end you did used to get a can of John West salmon ...
