Hey there buddy. I'm popping in from time to time.

Did an easy run yesterday after a week and a half or so off. Not managing to get over 5 miles yet though. Will go to Parkrun tomorrow. The kids have declined to join me, so I guess I'll have to run it hard - damn. They (well, the youngest at least) are keen to try the 2K junior edition on Sunday,
