Well it’s February 7th already and I haven’t done any running.  This is because I am saving my legs for a series of squash matches and then over half term, a week’s skiing!  YIPPEE!!  I love skiing and want my legs in top condition for the week ahead... I will be on the first lift going up the mountains every morning and the last one coming down.

I am really looking forward to skiing with my new level of fitness resulting from these running shenanigans.   Thus February is going to be a light month on the running front, but a good month for adrenalin.
