Count me out Gary i've picked up a nasty chest infection in Norway last week so not run for 2 weeks.Well done your sub 19 mins 5k at Hove park last week, so much for slowing down as training picks up.

Currently have a stomach complaint at the mo. Can't seem to keep solids down. Off to the quack again tomorrow, after 2 weeks on meds.
So I won't be out, but I should point out Henfield half is on Sunday.
A great local race and one us lot should do, if we weren't dropping like flies.
Hopefully my situation is temporary and I'll be back out soon - certainly losing the love handles at the moment.
