A bit of an injury to report - no running for a few days due to a persistently sore right hamstring. Only after a couple of days of intense stretching did I twig to the fact that I've probably strained it and needed to give it some rest, so that I've done. Hopefully just another day or two and I can get back into it. Nothing serious, but it has kept me quiet.

Meanwhile it's Scrabble and hot cocoa of an evening as the nights get cold and dark.

Much like the English summer, or so it seems. Big Grin
So, after I recovered from my strained right hamstring I managed to pull my left calf muscle, which in turn caused me to strain my left hamstring, and so.... no run for 8 days.

However, we're back with a slow, cautious methodical testing plod which went ... ok. Ish.

No, seriously. Am feeling good now.

Dodgy

14.7km, 1:39m, slow.

YTD: 777.1km

Good to see you're back in the saddle. Nothing for me since Seaford Half as am working like a dog.
And drinking heavily at every opportunity. Fat bastard.
