Who's up for a 20miler ?Smile
20 miles and some count me in.
Good luck Andy [Steepler] for your marathon on Sunday.
Enjoy the KFC.
Gary. I have strained a muscle in my side and am currently laid up on drugs having had to take an ambulance to hospital this morning. Not only do I have to take a whole week off exercise full stop, but marathon is now looking dubious as I won't be able to get back into full training straight away.

Needless to say I am just about thoroughly f*cked off.

If everything works out, I may be there next Saturday for a gentle jog, but everything is up in the air for now.
Oh dear Nick that doesn't sound too goodSad. Are you just doing Hastings marathon or have you entered any before Hastings??

I won't be around again this weekend - got another football match to go to. Still we won 8-0 last weekend which is our best ever result so fingers crossed we get another good result this weekSmile.

Good luck Steepler for Sunday.

Aye, good luck Andy - come back and tell us all about it.
Off the trails this weekend as I've picked up a sniffle - usually happens when I get back into hauling lard about after a lay-off.
I'll be along, though I don't think I'm up for 20 just yet. Hopefully there'll be someone else happy to do the plain vanilla NF-YB-S-then-back-through-Rottingdean-and-collapse.

On another note, if Moyleyman's reading this then I'm sure we'll all welcome seeing that fetching lycra & shoes combo again in the near future. I don't remember the colour but some repressed memory says purple might've been involved. Wishing you all the very best, Chris.
Hi Remy - good point about El Moyle, haven't heard from him for a while.
Yes, purple leggings with yellow runners. When he runs next to Lycra Tony they look like the aftermath of a heavy night out Big Grin

Just got a message to say Chris has been very ill.
I'll contact him today and pass on best wishes from the crew.
