I am sure that all the Jog Shop joggers would like to join me in sending a message of support to Chris.

We are all looking foward to welcoming him back to the sunday training runs from the Marina (with or without the purple lycra)
Seconded Gary. I'm going to see the old boy this week and I'll pass on your best wishes.
He'll get no peace from me - I need my stable mate for Almeria in January Big Grin
All the best for Chris.

Greetings from Almería
Best wishes Chris, i look forward to having a beer in the back of Ladyrunners camper with you in the future.
I went to see Chris yesterday and we were talking about another outing in my campervan once he gets his treatment underway and he is feeling stonger.

Take care of yourself Chris and hope to see you again next week -same time.

Hi all,
This is my first post!!!!! Its taken me so long to get round to it.

Yes, Chris, hope to see you on the Sunday runs again soon...
we did a long one Sunday (with the girlie's), in prep for jog shop jog.
Sam mentioned a up coming run, on oct 31st from the shop 5.30/6ish
brooks sponsored so freebies to be had!!!
Think its the wire not 100% sure, anyone know??
Welcome Gillybean! First-timers are most welcome here, as are old-timers (thankfully).

Jog Shop Jog will pass me by sadly as I'm away for work (and I'm the size of a small bungalow). The 31st jaunt sounds good though. I'm going to show my round face at the Hove Park 5K tomorrow. Chances are I'll be watching from the comfort of the café with a large cup of Mocha close at hand . . .

Oi! Steepler!
Where's your Munster report then???
Rumour has it you had a rather good run . . .
