Did you catch BBC4's excellent Holy Flying Circus last week?
Best thing I've seen on telly this year by some distance. A witty, insightful and well crafted homage.

Quotes I like:

"I have never come back from a run feeling worse than when I set out. "

"I used to go the gym as well as running. I recently gave up the gym because it was all machine-like."

"What's your most important piece of gear? Probably my front door keys. "
