Edit: now I've actually read the wiki, it seems that yes it's genuine, and the double entrendre is already documented therein. You've got to be fast these days to beat the Twitterers.

The venberable 'Sir' Stephen Fry broke his self-imposed Twitter-silence today to post the following. It reminded me of another tabloid satire from one of my favorite Punk poets, John Cooper Clarke, his excellent 'Daily Express'. Shocking to think that's now more than 30 years old.
