You were missed today Andy, but Adi Mark Chris and i ran the j s 20 like a normal Sunday run and it was great. Lots of thoughts about Chris especially at the bottem of the big W where i once saw him clear the cattle grid with one huge leap. Pretty emotional at the finish with Cam Jen Amanda and Dave, well done girls fantastic effort.

Glad you're all back safe & sound. Just this minute strapped a triple seven to my ample derriere for the flight to Montreal. I'll be thinking of you all when I run up that bloody mountain next week ...
