For 2 weeks. There just always seems to be some reason why I don't get out. Work, gardening, beer stuff like that. I feel bloated, unfit and lethargic.
Still, I have entered my first ever 10k The Bognor Prom road race on 16th May, very flat apparently. Judging by my previous training times I hope to break 50 minutes, so there are a few miles to put in between now and then.
