Open up Word, then type in (or cut and paste) the following. = rand (200,99)
Now press enter.
=rand() i.e. without any numbers is well known as a quick way of getting a few paragraphs of text to test formatting or whatever in Word. I never knew you could specify number of paragraphs (first number) and number of repetitions per para (second number).
