Heres to a big turnout from the Sunday morning @the Marina Crew.
can't say I am looking forward to it.Three weeks of training preceeded by the previous three weeks off suggests a plod rather than a run for me.
Good luck to all - see you on Sunday
You'll still be plodding faster than I'll be plodding, Gary me old mucker. My lurghie's still full on but I'm determined to complete the course even if it turns into a Sunday stroll.

What time's kick-off by the way?
I thought I would also get my excuse for in for Sunday as well. I have a chesty cold kicking in...nice...apologies in advance if a green projectile hits you whilst I clear my throat on the way round...it should be fun anyways...have a good one chaps..
Paul needs slowing down, last Sunday he bounded up the hills and away into the distance like a goat

He is a goat.
And a Welsh one to boot.
Shouldn't be allowed really.
All the best to the brave JSJ-ers out on the unfriendly hills tomorrow. I envy you.

We await news from the battlefield....
